Resep Kue Gabin Isi Sayur





Bahan-bahan

  • 250 gram kentang (potong dadu halus)
  • 1 bungkus roti gabin manis/asin
  • 2 buah wortel ukuran besar (potong dadu halus)
  • 5 sdm tepung maizena larutkan ke dalam 100 ml air
  • 2 Batang seledri cincang halus
  • secukupnya gula
  • secukupnya garam
  • secukupnya air





Bumbu Halus :

  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 1/2 sdt merica bubuk





Langkah


  1. Tumis bumbu halus bersama seledri sampai harum
  2. Masukkan wortel dan kentang, tambahkan sedikit air
  3. Tambahkan gula dan garam, koreksi rasa
  4. Masak hingga wortel dan kentang empuk, masukkan larutan maizena, aduk hingga kalis, angkat
  5. Ambil biskuit gabin, taruh adonan di tengah dan tutup dg gabin lagi di atasnya, tekan halus sampai menempel, lakukan sampai adonan habis. (Jika menggunakan gabin manis, taruh bagian yg terdapat gulanya di dalam)
  6. Sebelum digoreng, celupkan ke dalam putih telur, goreng dg api kecil hingga kecoklatan.
